All Cholita Fresa pieces are made to order, printed just for you once your order comes in. That means a little more care goes into every piece — and it also means we ask for a little patience before it ships.

Production time
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment. This happens before your tracking number is generated, so don't worry if you don't see movement right away.

Shipping time (U.S.)
- Standard: 2–7 business days once shipped
- Economy: 5–10 business days once shipped

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase — no hidden fees.

International orders
We're currently focused on shipping within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, delivery times typically range from 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If something looks off with your tracking, reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
